Web Series On the Horiiiizzeenn!!!

That's right all you bubbly-eyed and bushy tailed kids out there (or whatever the expression is), BIG NEWS!!! My super secret webisode project (I don't want all my actor friends to find out - then they'll start mailing me headshots!) is officially UNDERWAY!

Alex and I had a meeting last night over a drink (or NINe!) and we decided on what our WEBISDOE would be about.... DRUM ROLL PELEASE!!!!

Us!

That's right. After kicking around some also awesome ideas - vampires, pirates, cowboys, SEX, drinking games... we decided that the most interesting, cool, attractive, talented, and FUNNY (I mean like "The Office" funny, not "Friends" funny) characters we can possibly think of is...US! So we're gonna turn the camera on ourselves and create the soon-to-be million hit sensation, webisode - CHASE AND ALEX'S AWESOME SHOW!

We decided to call it CHASE AND ALEX'S AWESOME SHOW around, oh, 3 AM! Not that there was any alcohol involved (there was!). Basically, the premise is us, trying to get laid, drinking shot after shot and beer after beer, getting HONEY after HONEY...and of course, auditioning and making films.

Ah, the life of an actor. And now a writer and TV SHOW CREATOR! I'm a show runner baby! I'd like to take this moment to point out that the election of President Obama has given me hope. I feel like I can take over DA FUCKKING WORLD! ANd I'd like to thank Mr. Obama for giving me that feeling. I might not know anything about politics, but I know that I GOTS TO GET MINE in this world and anyone who can help me do that is the SHIZZNIT.

In other news, I had an audition for a one-man show yesterday. It was really quick, WHICH I LIKE!, no need to waste time. I got in, got the sides, looked it over, thought about how I was gonna do it and waited (waiting is a big part of being an actor, for those a ya'll that don't know). After a while, I went into the room, met the director (I think he was gay - plus for me cause gay guys love me!!!) and started reading the script. I charmed the room a little, and then launched into the monologue in a voice that I made up in the hallway. I didn't get far into the monologue before he stopped me. "Okay. Chase, thank you very much. Brilliant." And then I walked out of the room - real fast.

HE ACTUALLY SAID BRILLIATN!!! Good sign, right? keep your fingers crossed, hopeful young actors out there in middle America.

Peace in da middle East!

Chase Summers
Actor/Writer/Producer
